there is no cognition anymore. only guilt. guilt has displaced everything else. someone remedy me please.

must we forgive and forget because it’s petty if we don’t, treat mistakes others make with indifference instead of letting anger force words of fury out of us? is that what growing up is all about?

it’s so hard to apply what i learn in exams. it’s as if that is how it’s always been because i have forgotten how it feels like to ace my exams as a result of studying hard. i can give my best (occasionally i do) and push limits but no it just doesn’t get any better. i am so lost right now, someone help me :(
